WYTHYN BEAUTY RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process for eligible items purchased on WythynBeauty.com.


STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.


All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We’ve extended our return window for the holiday season! Purchases made between November 20th and December 31st, 2024, are eligible for returns up to 60 days from the original purchase date.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) (U.S. ORDERS)

Initiate Your Return:

Email us at orders@wythynbeauty.com to indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for each return. Please make sure to select all items you would like to return, as additional items not specified will not be processed for a refund.

Package Your Return:

Pack your item(s) in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, ensure the item(s) are securely packed in a well-padded envelope or box to protect them during shipping.

Attach Return Label:

Attach the prepaid return label provided to the front of your package and mail it via your local carrier.

Return Confirmation:

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and processed.

RETURN FEES

U.S. Orders:

Returns are free for orders placed by customers with a registered WythynBeauty.com account.

For guest checkouts (without an account), a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international orders:


Please contact orders@wythynbeauty.com initiate your return and receive return instructions.

International return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCEPTIONS & RESTRICTIONS

Hazardous Materials: Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot accept returns for items classified as hazardous, including perfumes or products with alcohol content.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
